Senpero uses a progressive moderation system. A violation can create a strike. Repeated violations in the same area lead to longer restrictions and eventually a temporary suspension.
How strikes work
- Strikes are recorded for 45 days. After that they no longer count as active.
- Strikes are tracked separately for chat text, chat images, marketplace content and feedback.
- A text-chat strike does not make an image violation worse, and an image strike does not mute text chat.
- A first normal violation is usually a warning only.
- Trusted accounts can receive at most one strike of tolerance, and never for images or serious violations.
- Threats, scam or fraud reports can trigger a higher minimum penalty even on the first review.
Text chat penalties
| Active text strikes | Result |

| 3 | 3-day suspension. |
| 4 | 14-day suspension. |
| 5 | 30-day suspension. |
| 6 or more | Up to 90-day suspension. |
Image and PDF penalties
| Active image strikes | Result |
|---|---|
| 1 | Warning only. |
| 2 | 48-hour image and PDF attachment block. |
| 3 | 48-hour chat mute and limit to 1 active trade. |
| 4 | 3-day suspension. |
| 5 | 14-day suspension. |
| 6 | 30-day suspension. |

What restrictions mean
| Restriction | Effect |
|---|---|
| Chat muted | Cannot send chat messages or start new trades. An existing pending or in-progress trade keeps a trade-chat exception so it can be completed or disputed. |
| Images blocked | Cannot send image or PDF attachments. Text chat and trade actions remain available. |
| 1 active trade | Can have only one in-progress or disputed trade at a time. Offers may show as temporarily busy. |
| Cannot create offers | Cannot publish new offers. Existing offers can still be traded. |
| Cannot leave feedback | Cannot submit new trade or platform feedback. |
| Chat rate limit | Messages are rate-limited instead of fully muted. |
Vendor availability
Vendors who cannot accept new trades are handled in the marketplace. Accounts with a chat mute are hidden from new trade matching. Accounts at their active-trade limit remain visible but are marked busy. Image-restricted vendors can still trade through text and platform actions.
Suspensions and device bans
- Suspensions are time-limited and appear in Account Moderation Status.
- A suspension blocks access to the platform while it is active.
- Automatic penalty suspensions affect the account only.
- Device or IP bans are reserved for manual moderation, permanent bans or confirmed evasion.
- Do not create another account to avoid a suspension. That can extend the restriction and affect related accounts.
Active strikes, lifetime warnings and appeals
The moderation status page shows active strikes for the last 45 days, current restrictions, suspension details and the next expiry date. Lifetime warning history remains available to moderators but no longer drives your public warning indicator after the strike expires.
If you believe a moderation action was wrong, open a support ticket and include the warning, trade or content reference. Do not try to bypass a restriction by sending the same content again.
