| P2P | Peer-to-peer. Two users trade directly with each other, using the platform for escrow and coordination. |
| Offer | The public terms a vendor publishes: market, price, limits, payment methods and instructions. |
| Vendor | The account that owns an offer. |
| Trader | The account that accepts an offer. |
| Escrow | A protected holding place for the seller’s crypto until the trade completes or a dispute is resolved. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer. Identity verification. |
| Trading balance | The balance used by the active trade flow. |
| On-chain balance | The balance held by your connected wallet on the network. |
| XP | Experience points earned through activity that move you through tiers. |
| VIP | A platform-granted status with additional benefits, usually through the Founding Vendor program or an invitation. |
| Instant mode | A trade request where Senpero automatically matches your amount, asset and payment method with eligible offers. |
| Trade request | An open request for liquidity that is shown to eligible market makers when an Instant match cannot start immediately. |
| Split trade | One larger Instant request divided into several separate trades, each backed by its own offer and limits. |
| Block | A mutual interaction control that hides offers, stops messaging and prevents new trades between two accounts. |
| Trusted by | A public peer endorsement count from users who completed a trade with the account. Only active trust from unblocked accounts is shown. |
| Report | A private support case asking moderators to review a user, message, image or behaviour. |
| Strike | A recorded moderation warning. Active strikes expire after 45 days and are tracked separately by area. |
| Restriction | A temporary limit such as a chat mute, image block, active-trade limit, offer block or feedback block. |
| Moderation status | The account page showing active strikes, restrictions, suspension details and appeal guidance. |
| Trade availability | Whether a vendor can start a new trade. Restricted chat vendors are unavailable, limited vendors appear busy and image-restricted vendors can still trade by text. |
| Swap | A conversion or funding action that moves value between layers or assets. |
