Senpero is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Vendors publish offers with their own price, limits and payment methods. Traders accept an offer, and the two sides settle the fiat payment directly before escrow releases the crypto.
Who is who
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Vendor | The account that publishes an offer and owns the trade terms. |
| Trader | The account that accepts an offer and starts a trade. |
| Buyer | The side that receives crypto and sends fiat. |
| Seller | The side that locks crypto in escrow and receives fiat. |
Buy and sell offers
A buy offer means the vendor wants to buy crypto from traders. A sell offer means the vendor wants to sell crypto to traders. The trade page always shows your role and the first action clearly.
Fixed and market pricing
- Fixed pricing lists a specific rate set by the vendor.
- Market pricing follows the reference market with a vendor-defined margin above or below it.
- Trading limits define the minimum and maximum fiat amount per trade.
- The time limit defines how long you have to complete the payment after a trade starts.
Instant mode and trade requests
Instant mode submits your amount and payment method so the platform can match you automatically. If no single offer can fill the amount, an eligible request may be split across several offers and vendors. If the full amount cannot be covered, the request stays open for market makers instead of starting a partial trade.
See how splitting works
Read how Instant mode chooses offers, splits large amounts and protects each separate trade.
Matching only chooses vendors who can start a new trade. A vendor with restricted chat is excluded from new matching, a vendor at the active-trade limit appears busy, and image-restricted vendors can still trade by text.
