The KYC process
- 1Open verification
Go to Account, then Verification. Review the requirements before you start.
- 2Enter your personal information
Provide your legal name, date of birth and nationality exactly as they appear on your identity document.
- 3Upload your document
Use a clear photo of a government-issued ID. All corners must be visible and the text must be readable.
- 4Take a selfie
Follow the instructions to confirm that you are the person in the document. Use good lighting and remove hats or masks.
- 5Wait for review
Your submission is reviewed by the verification team. You will receive a notification when the status changes.
Before submitting
- Use your legal name, not a nickname.
- Make sure the document is not expired.
- Avoid glare, blur and cropped edges.
- Submit the requested selfie in good lighting.
