Trusted By is a public peer endorsement. It is separate from your platform Trust Level and from trade feedback.
Who can trust you
- Only a user who completed at least one trade with you can trust you.
- Both accounts must be active and verified, and neither account can have blocked the other.
- Trust is one-way. Someone trusting you does not automatically mean you trust them.
- One active trust is allowed per pair of accounts, even after several completed trades.
What the public sees
Profiles show the number of active Trusted By accounts. The count opens a paginated list with each truster profile, trust date and a Mutual label when both accounts trust each other.
- Blocked, suspended and deleted accounts are excluded from counts and lists.
- Legacy trust records without a completed trade were removed during the Trusted By launch audit.
- Peer trust adds only a small capped amount to your reputation score.
Add or remove trust
- 1Open the vendor profile or completed trade
Use the Trust button on the profile or on the completed trade details.
- 2Confirm the trust
The button changes to Trusted and the other account receives an in-app notification.
- 3Manage your list
Open Account, then Trusted by, to review accounts you trust and remove a trust at any time.
