Trusted by is a peer endorsement, not a platform rating. Only users who completed a trade together can trust each other. The public count and truster list exclude blocked, suspended and deleted accounts. Trust is one-way, can be revoked, and blocking removes both directions. Peer trust adds only a small capped amount to the trust score.
