Instant mode lets you enter the amount, asset, network and payment method once. Senpero then searches active offers and starts the best eligible trade automatically. If no single offer can fill the whole amount, the request may be split into several trades.
Instant mode versus browsing offers
| Mode | What it does | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Shows the available offers so you can compare vendors, rates, limits and payment methods before choosing one. | When you want to review and pick a specific offer. |
| Instant | Submits your amount and payment method, then matches you automatically with eligible offers. | When you want the platform to find a match for you. |
How an Instant request is matched
From request to trade
- 1Try a single offer first
Senpero always prefers one offer that can cover the full amount within its minimum and maximum limits.
- 2Split when one offer is not enough
If no single offer can fill the whole amount, the platform divides it into smaller amounts that each fit an eligible offer.
- 3Prefer different vendors
The split first tries to use different vendors. A vendor is reused only when there are not enough other eligible offers to cover the remainder.
- 4Keep the split limited
A split uses at most five trades. Every part still respects its offer’s minimum and maximum limits.
- 5Fall back to a trade request
If the full amount cannot be covered within five trades, no partial split is started. The request stays open so market makers can respond through the Liquidity Pool.
Only eligible vendors are used. A vendor with restricted chat is skipped, a vendor at the active-trade limit stays visible but is not matched, and every resulting trade still has its own chat and trade actions.
Limits, fees and safety
- All parts must use active offers in the same cryptocurrency, fiat currency, network and payment method as your request.
- You cannot match against your own offers.
- Each part must stay within the offer’s minimum and maximum trade limits.
- Each split trade has its own platform fee and network cost, so the combined cost can differ from one large trade.
- Only one trade in a split can use your account’s first-trade fee discount. Tier, premium, VIP and coupon discounts still follow the normal rules for the other parts.
- Every split trade has its own status and payment window. Follow the instructions on each trade page.
What vendors see
A split request can reach the same vendor more than once. Each part appears as its own trade with its own amount, limits and timer. Market makers should review and fund each trade independently and only accept what they can complete.
